RoofSmith of Tampa Bay worked with the construction partners of the New Your Yankees to replace the metal roof on the Spring Training Facility of Steinbrenner Field located in the Heart of Tampa.  This essential upgrade addressed the wear and aging issues while allowing daily use of the facility for the minor league team during their regular season summer schedule.  The scope of work included removing the existing metal roof system and replacing the support purlins on the open structure over the stadium seating areas.  This improvement enhanced the durability opposing Florida’s high wind speeds and provides long-term protection against Florida’s challenging weather conditions.
