RoofSmith of Tampa Bay was engaged by the Owner during the new construction of Boca Sands Condominiums when the St Pete Beach Building Department denied their permit application due to the use of combustible materials in the roof deck assembly.  We worked with the architect to design a non-combustible assembly using LoadMaster as a substrate for the tile roof application.  This system and weathered multiple Hurricanes and tropical storms with no leaks and NO LOSS of any roof tiles.  This project is a testament to the durability and longevity that a LoadMaster Deck System can provide.
