RoofSmith of Tampa Bay recently assisted a repeat customer, crytal tractor with repair and restoration of an existing metal roof on a newly acquired center in hastings, fL.  After a thorough inspection, our team identified existing leak areas as well as identified potentially future issues that should be addressed to avoid issues in the future.

Once the plan was developed and approved, we implemented the repairs and preventative measure replacing all corroded or improperly seated fasteners, re-pitched and resecured gutters & Downspouts, cleaned panel laps, and applied a reinforced commercial silicone coating over panel laps and roof to wall flashings.
